The goals of this project are Six-fold:

TO PRODUCE very low budget feature-length films (around $20K or less), giving associates in key leadership roles a stake in the profits that could generate funds for their own future film projects.


TO MEET heavy market demand for family and faith films of high quality. Given Advent’s brand and reach into the marketplace we hope to reach a

large portion of this audience.


TO DEVELOP AND SUSTAIN a platform for launching annual follow-on feature film projects of a similar scale that can be self-funded through the earnings of the previous film(s). Due to the low budget, reaching profitability is more easily achieved.


TO PROVIDE Advent associates and future interns a viable entryway into a filmmaking career.


TO CREATE a film production process and environment that glorifies God and honors His name at all times.


TO HAVE FUN! Movie making is extremely hard work, but we do hope that these film projects will be an enjoyable time of fellowship and encouragement.

All the department head positions, including: producer, writer, director, production designer, cinematographer, etc., were filled by Advent associates.


The team assembled for this project was in charge of all the production aspects, while Advent Film Group supervised and served as executive producer.
